This California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") Privacy Notice supplements the information contained in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to visitors, users, and others who reside in the State of California. This notice is provided in accordance with the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA).

How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request to know, delete, or opt out, you may:

2. Email us at privacy@feexup.com.

When you submit a request, we may need to verify your identity before processing it. We will respond to verifiable consumer requests within 45 days of receipt. If additional time is needed, we will inform you of the reason and extension period (up to an additional 45 days).

You may also designate an authorized agent to make requests on your behalf. The authorized agent must provide written authorization or a power of attorney, and we may still require you to verify your identity directly with us.
